Return & Exchange Policy

At KaurKala, every piece is thoughtfully curated and prepared with great care. Since we release our collections in limited quantities, we follow a simple and transparent return and exchange policy.

Processing & Delivery Time

Each KaurKala piece is carefully prepared before it reaches you.

Estimated delivery time: 10–12 working days from the date of order confirmation.
At KaurKala, we don’t believe in mass production every piece is carefully crafted and finished with intention before it reaches you.

We take this time to ensure that every piece meets our quality and finishing standards before it is shipped.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging

  • The return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order

If the product does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to process the return.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

Since our pieces are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to size availability.

To make sizing easier, we intentionally provide a little extra margin in our garments, so minor size adjustments can be made if needed.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order.

Steps:

  • Message us on WhatsApp with:

    • Your Order ID

    • The issue (return or exchange request)

    • Clear images of the product

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Important Notes

  • Reverse pickup may or may not be available depending on your location

  • In some cases, customers may be required to ship the product back to us

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after the product has been received and inspected by our team

  • The refunded amount will be issued after deducting shipping charges

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few working days after approval
